    The only two city council districts that technically need to change are the South Boston-centric District 2 and Dorchester's District 3, the council has determined as they continue to move quickly toward a new map with four scheduled redistricting meetings next week.
    The D2 seat currently held by Ed Flynn, the city council president, has 88,553 people as is currently drawn - significantly enough above the target of 75,072 that it will need to shed precincts.
