    BETHEL ISLAND - A 41-year-old man was arraigned this month on five felony counts of assault, stemming from his alleged role in a wild, violent night at a bar in Eastern Contra Costa County, where four people, including the suspect, suffered stab wounds.
    The charges stem from a “large fight” that broke out at the bar - The Rusty Porthole - located at 3895 Willow Road, at around 10:15 p.m. on Aug. 27.
