    ColourPop Rosette Crème Gel Liner is a light-medium rose gold with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had rich color coverage in a single stroke, which applied evenly to my lash line and never pulled at it. The texture was lightly creamy but quick to dry down while retaining some flexibility. It had a lightweight, more gel-cream consistency that was fluid and spreadable without being too thin or too heavy, so it was easy to use as an all-over, tinted moisturizer or as a more targeted, standalone highlighter. I had no trouble applying it over foundation as it didn't lift up or create any patchiness.
