    Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz proposed a $3.3 billion state infrastructure plan Thursday he said would make crucial repairs to roads, bridges, water treatment plans, government facilities and more.
    The proposal comes two days after the Democratic governor detailed a $65 billion two-year budget proposal that would increase spending by 25% while also cutting taxes by about $5.4 billion. Both proposals would use the state's historic $17.6 billion budget surplus.
